The Bees Knees Eatery is a cafe in Copacabana. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 100m away, Shaun Brinklow Park is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
This experience was amazing! The moment you walk in you feel like you’re automatically friends with everyone there. The food was amazing so many options! But I can’t take my mind off how nice the staff were! They would kindly greet you in and say goodbye when you leave. I recommend this place 100% it is a nice way to start your day.
Best breakfast and great coffee. The breaky burger is perfect. We placed an order for a big meeting and everything was ready at the exact time they said it would be - including gluten free. Friendly and lovely to work with. Thanks Bees Knees!
Stopped by Cupacubbana Beach for a quick bite and ended up having a full-on flavour moment. The Oh Reuben Toastie is next-level delicious — layers of corned beef, tangy dill pickles, sauerkraut, and a glorious melt of Swiss and cheddar, all tied together with a smoky chipotle kick and that golden parmesan dust. Absolute perfection. This place is a gem. Can’t wait to come back for more beachside bites and good vibes.
The Reuben at Bee Knees Eatery is a standout sandwich that offers a delightful twist on the classic. Forget your standard fare; this one brings a few clever elements to the table that make it a must-try, especially if you find yourself opposite Mcmasters Beach. The foundation is solid: well-seasoned pastrami, tangy pickles, and creamy Russian dressing—all the staples you'd expect. However, the true star of the show here is the American cheddar. It's not just placed on top; it's melted through the other ingredients, creating a gooey, cohesive texture that binds the filling together and adds a rich, comforting depth. Another brilliant touch is the simple dusting of sea salt on the outside of the toasted bread. This provides a gentle, satisfying crunch and a salty counterpoint to the rich, savory filling. It's a small detail, but it elevates the entire experience. The eatery itself benefits from an excellent location, just across from the beautiful sands of McMasters Beach, making it the perfect spot to grab a bite after a swim or before a walk. This isn't just a sandwich; it's a wonderfully executed, cheesy, salty, savory handheld meal. And for those who need a good caffeine fix with their lunch, rest assured, the coffee was also good—a strong companion to an excellent sandwich. If you're in the area, the Reuben at Bee Knees Eatery is highly recommended.
I'm not normally one to blast a small business, but this would have been one of the worst cafe experiences we've ever had. Cafe was busy which is usually a good sign. Go to order to discover a 15% surcharge on a Sunday, which I'm normally fine with too. But then when your told a 25-30 minute wait for food and then received our food over an hour later is not acceptable. It was edible but definitely not worth the wait for the price. $19 for one slice of bread with half an avocado, no seasoning, no dukkah as described and an overcooked egg is an absolute joke. Our total bill was $60 for breakfast for 2. Our drinks didn' come lut until our food did despite where our drinks were. Positive... the table water was good 🤷♀️
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
