Shaun Brinklow Park is a dog-friendly park in Copacabana. Just 100m away, Ocean bar-cantina is a great nearby spot to relax with your dog after a walk.
Dogs are welcome on-leash at this park. Under the NSW Companion Animals Act, dogs must be kept on a leash in all public areas except designated off-leash zones.
This is a great park, conveniently located to the shops. Double Slide, net climbing webbing, plastic steps and little play gas station. There is an accessible swing and regular swing also. There is no shade however on any of the equipment so best to avoid in the peak heat of the day. Hopefully the council will put up a shade covering eventually as the only park around for toddlers (besides the school)
Fairly decent park, fully fenced which is a big plus. Has a good range of equipment, catered to kids from 2-8. The roundabout has a broken bearing and has created a nasty pinch point, so make sure your kids don't try and stick their fingers around the outside of it!
What a great park! Safe equipment. Wheel chair accessible round about. Wheel chair spots at both undercover tables. Fully fenced. My boys loved the rope pyramid.
Park has been updated to include a small paved track around the park with traffic signals and a petrol pump. It also has swings, a slide, climbing frame and undercover benches.
Lovely park, lots of different play equipment for an arrangement of ages and well kept. Kept my 1 & 3 year old very entertained
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
