Went for a lazy Sunday lunch and had booked a table beforehand. The cocktails and beer were okay, but there’s a 5% surcharge which was a bit annoying. The food was disappointing — the buffalo winglettes were hard and tasted like old chicken, while the corn, chicken tacos, and fries were just passable. The vibe and rooftop setting are great, perfect for a relaxed afternoon, but service definitely needs improvement. Also, the 2-hour seating limit feels unnecessary for a chill weekend lunch. Overall, a nice spot for drinks and atmosphere, but the food and service could use some serious attention.

We spent almost $3,000 at this establishment. When my brother stepped outside briefly to get cash to leave a tip for the staff, security refused to allow him back in. The way they handled the situation was extremely rude and disrespectful. No one took the time to speak with us or explain the situation properly. The manager took no responsibility and dismissed the issue, while the young security staff seemed to abuse their authority rather than resolve the problem professionally. This was a very disappointing experience, and I do not believe this is a good place to enjoy time with family.

We recently had our Christmas party at Mumbos, and it was a fantastic night with a great atmosphere. The food was amazing with really generous portion sizes, and the service—both leading up to the event and on the night itself—was outstanding. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Mumbos!

Taco Tuesday was grim. There was no feta on the tacos. Some staff come across quite cold. They also messed up my booking and double booked us. The last time we came here we scanned the QR code for food, waited 45 minutes (the place was extremely quiet) then checked on our order and it hadn't gone through. They said they have been having a lot of trouble with the same issue, not sure why they told us to order that way then...

The waitress with the hot pants is just the best server we have had in a long time. She greeted us as sion as we arrived and we wanted to stay. The food is great albeit a little on the pricey side.
