Ordered a takeaway ‘salad sambo’ very average . Fresh ingredients but average flavour.. ie eg , the tomatoes were not of a good quality, floury, no salt or pepper for flavour and bread fell apart . I think it was sourdough but not a good quality for a $15 price tag. Was not asked what type of bread preferred either. I did not specify either though..in the past these sandwiches were fantastic , not the same unfortunately. Maybe just an off day??? I hope 🤞

I had the Avocado and feta on Soardough toast. However it was not toasted but came out as bread that became soggy with the feta that was spread in it and then a lot of avocado that had no flavour or spices. I liked for salt and pepper to try to add some flavour but none in the tables. For a high cost $33 with a coffee, it was terrible and I didn’t finish it.

Overall, pretty average. Portions are massive, but the food leans heavily toward underseasoned and light on spices. 🍔 Vegetarian Breakfast Burger Huge, messy, and fun to eat. The texture was enjoyable, but flavour-wise it was just okay. Once you’ve had the first bite, you’ve essentially experienced the whole burger. It’s very filling, though. 🥑 Halloumi Stack Unfortunately quite bland and uninspired. It lacked seasoning and depth, and my partner got bored of it, unfortunately. 🍟 Truffle Parmesan Fries A generous serve, a whole big bowl. The salt, cheese, and aioli really stood out, likely because they were the only strong flavours on the table compared to the other dishes. Maybe we just didn’t order the right things. We’ve tried plenty of vegetarian cafes and restaurants in our time. Unfortunately, we can’t help but feel there are other vegetarian restaurants pushing flavours and taste profiles in more creative, and compelling ways.

Two of us attended pilgrims today for brunch. I got the falafel sandwich (which was huge and with generous filling) it was delicious. We also got the granola which was a bit small for the price charged. That is our only complaint. It was delicious too. Coffee was nice.
