Not suitable for toddlers. Park is not fenced and water area is extremely close to busy road. Water area can also get slippery. There are also raised sharp bricks that are ‘a water feature’, however in the space of an hour I witnessed 4 kids trip over these bricks with pretty bad injuries. They are a major trip hazard. I’m actually shocked that they were even allowed to be laid this way. No shade either.

Fun park for young children, not so much for 10yrs plus. Plenty of shade and seating areas. A small water play area for the smaller kids. There are public toilets, always a bonus for an outing with children. It is close walk to some shops, sufficient parking opposite the park, though no safe pedestrian crossing to cross the road.

A convenient and family-friendly park in the Dee Why area. Plenty of public carpark spots nearby. This park is equipped with a children's playground, picnic table, electric BBQ facility, amenities and also a picnic bench to relax yourself. Lots of birds around the area too.

Update 2022: been several times since first review with water running. Great for the kids to let off steam and playing with kids from others. The playground is suited to 5-8 year olds. Hidden gem of a park, water wasn't running the day we went but the play area for kids is great!
