Very nice beach with everything you may need: free parking, BBQs, playground for all ages, skatepark, camping facilities, cafes, toilets. The beach itself is great - it's got shallow water which is awesome for little kids and there is a part of the beach for dog owners.

This is a fantastic family beach as there is nice shallow water for the little ones to sit and play and waves further out for the bigger kids . Umina beach is also dog friendly, has on beach shower to wash off, toilet block and small amount of parking beach directly at beach .

We stayed in Umina NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday, the facilities are excellent and the kids enjoyed so much. The beach is good, it’s just that it was shared with pets. I prefer there is a separate area for pets and swimming specially with kids.

It's a huge sandy beach. Great to spend time on a sunny day. There is a nice cafe next to the beach and showers all around. The greenery of the surrounding hills makes the beach even more beautiful. Waves aren't too huge and make it good and easier to get into the water. Enjoy your visit!
