Drift Coffee Kazbah

Worst cafe ever. The rudest staff. I have never had my order right. I ask for small I get large. Every time. You tell them they’re wrong and they couldn’t care less.

Customer service was outstanding, such a great place if you want to pop in for a coffee - however 2 food items weren’t available on the menu, as a 3rd choice I got the Avo Smash. Unfortunately there was hardly any avo and it and was brown. Perfect place to stop for a coffee and treat and for a chat with the lovely staff. Maybe not so much the food!

Had a dreadful and very embarrassing experience, was given a latte coffee , got home and called to adv. I ordered mocha, drove all way back to collect new coffee and was asked to hand over latte, which I didn’t have. I was humiliated beyond belief. I have been purchasing coffee at Drift for 2yrs now , sometimes twice a day. I will never set foot back there again. Since the new management has come onboard it has gone downhill, the new lady at counter is so rude and was the worst customer experience I have ever received.

Popped into this little coffee shop this morning in quite a flat mood but was quickly cheered up by a lovely, smiling junior staff member called Lilly. The coffee that the other staff member made me (didn’t catch her name) was like sunshine in a cup! What a way to start my day. Thank you for your service and your quality coffee!!!! I’ll be back! And I’ll be telling all my friends.

As a tradie, a good coffee is essential to getting through the day, and I’ve had my fair share of average ones. Drift Coffee in Forries is anything but. It’s a proper little hole-in-the-wall spot that I stumbled across while working in the area, and now if I’m anywhere near Foresters I’ll go out of my way to stop in. Great coffee, great people, and some of the best brews on the Coast. If you’re after a quality cup, you won’t be disappointed.
