Had the Chicken Caesar salad today. I’ve eaten at WR quite a bit being a local. This dish today was so ordinary and below standard. Hardly any dressing, the chicken was a slab of overcooked schnitzel at the base, uncut. Not sure what happened today but to pay almost $30 for that was an insult. Also the service was very minimal and the staff appeared bored and disinterested. Sorry normally you guys do well but today was not good at all.
I loved this place, they have the best coffee. On my trip I had their oat flat white many times and it tasted great everytime. Pancakes are also quite delicious.
Hands down best breakfast I've had in a long time - My wife was really "hangry" as she was annoyed my son demanded pancakes for breakfast and so it was taking a little longer than usual to have her first meal of the day (11:15am on a Sunday) and trust me I was feeling "the feels".. I needed someone to rescue us and man, those XO scrambled eggs saved our day. They were absolutely fantastic. I wish I took a photo of the breakfast we had, but I managed to get a quick snap of the boys in the kitchen doing what they do best. Thanks again guys! Now my wife is in a great mood, happy wife, happy life!!
The worst meal I have had in Sydney this trip, they really know how to skimp on size and flavour. Bitter with no sweetness to balance the radicchio lettuce. The Balsamic dressing was bitter. Roasted pumpkin was a tiny amount and cold. Virtually no feta. My French Early Grey tea was weak even after brewing 6 minutes. Service was average. I wish I never tried it nor paid so much for so little.
Friendly service, decent portions of food which tasted really yum. Missing Morton bay bug from the Morton bay bug and prawn pasta which was not mentioned at the time of ordering but got a discount after raising this to staff. Still tasted good without it.
