Located on Hunter Street, very close to the light rail. Amazing dining options for vegans and vegetarian menu items. There are often specials displayed on the board. Only workable side is the pricing relative to the portion size. Staff is friendly and the service is quick. Restaurant has onsite toilets and the views are great.
A few vegan options but not something outstanding. Dumplings are good but too spicy for a kid. Hotcake is too plain so we ate only toppings and fruits around. Toastie with tofu was good for a kid.
I’ll freely admit I wasn’t excited about a “whole foods” breakfast but boy was I wrong, the food was as delicious as it was beautiful. I had the shroom toast and my misgivings about cashew cream were unfounded, it was delicious! Everyone else was just as enthusiastic about their breakfast. I’m convinced
Mixed feelings about my visit - first of all food was good! Not amazing but good wholefood brunch. I really liked the coffee. I didn’t care for the service, one staff member told us we could sit in one place and another then came up and said no. It was a larger shared table they had. So we had to go back and wait by the door again. Both waiting took ages. Then none of the staff informed us to order at the counter.. The weather was miserable when we were there. Yet doors remained wide open so it was freezing. We alongside everyone had our jackets on. Just close the doors?
We had such a beautiful experience at Momo Wholefoods. The food was absolutely delicious – fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavour. My partner had the Indian breakfast tofu scramble and I had the hummus bowl, both were incredible! The service was warm and friendly, and the whole place has such a calm, welcoming vibe. It’s light, bright, and filled with gorgeous indoor plants, which really adds to the atmosphere. We left feeling nourished and happy. Would 100% recommend.
