Dog rules
Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in this park. Off-leash exercise is only permitted in Randwick City Council's 17 designated leash-free areas — this is not one of them. Dogs are not permitted in playgrounds, sports courts, food preparation areas, schools, or wildlife protection areas. Please pick up after your dog — failure to do so attracts a $275 fine. What people say
Best housing complex in the Eastern suburbs of Sydney. Friendly faces everywhere, ample parking day and night, humble folks without temptation.
The building of 97 Brompton rd has a record of poor maintenance. Lifts broken down, water heaters, hydraulic pumps, water pumps, gas leaks, water ingress(every second balcony has plants growing in the cement). The main detractor is that there are a large number of elderly committee members, most of whom are extremely petty, unreasonable, aggressive, simply nasty and malicious. There is a green slime/mould on the building due to lack of painting/cleaning. Water ingress is serious enough to cause structural damage according to structural engineers report. There is no sense of community, which is unfortunate. Building manager can not do much.
Beautiful peaceful park so well maintained with a v friendly & polite security gut to boot!
