Deckhouse Woolwich is a cafe in Woolwich with an outdoor area. Dog access isn't confirmed, but venues with an outdoor area are often dog friendly, so it may be worth checking. Just 100m away, Clarke’s Point Reserve is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.
Lovely place for lunch. The view is amazing. We sat on the verandah, fully covered and comfortable. The menu is not huge but there's something for everyone. I ordered the potato scallops and ceviche. Friends ordered fish and chips, fried chicken and the risoni. The ceviche was fresh, the scallops were crispy but I thought pricey for $22. The fish and chips were decent size but the fried chicken was small. The service was fantastic.
Deckhouse were extremely helpful and supportive on the night and in the lead up of our wedding. They did such an amazing job and have an incredible location! We cannot thank them enough for making our night everything we had ever dreamed of and more ! It was everything we have visioned and we couldn’t haven’t done it without all your hard work behind the scenes!
We attended our friend’s wedding lunch reception at this beautiful & cosy restaurant with spectacular views. It’s an ideal venue for weddings and special events. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. However the experience ended up with a bit disappointing as they served the coffee (tasted like instant coffee) in disposable cups for all guests. We have never experienced such way of serving wedding reception coffee & tea. It’s a real surprise to all the guests. Some guests were even not served by coffee or tea after meal. Wonder if they’re too busy or running out of cups or lack of staff…
Our party of five had a lovely lunch at Deckhouse Woolich. 2 x Barramundi, Fried Fish Sandwich, Risotto, Chicken Souvlaki wrap, a bowl of chips, serve of icecream and various coffees and tea. Our waitstaff, Joe, was fantastic and couldn't have been more helpful. It has several function rooms and a spacious dining area.
We came here for a birthday lunch and everything was excellent. From the start to finish, the staff was graceful and attentive. Love all the dishes, especially the entrees. Being in a nice restaurant with great food and lovely services, having a beautiful view was just the cherry on top for us. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible which is a plus! Our boys enjoyed their pasta and desserts in the kids' menu. My husband got a surprise brownie and when I asked the staff if we could add the mango sorbet as he really love that combination, they generously added the sorbet to the surprise. Overall, we can't fault our experience here and we will surely come back when we are in the area. Thanks the Deckhouse Team for an amazing lunch. P/S: the young lady who served our table who was an absolute hospitality star! She was attentive and genuinely interested in our experience. Management, please give her some acknowledgement or a pay rise 😇
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
