Dogs are permitted on-leash under the NSW Companion Animals Act. Dogs must be under effective control at all times. This venue is not listed on the Penrith City Council off-leash dog areas page; off-leash use is not authorised here.

Cute little mark, just not much there for the kids to do

Broken glass around play equipment - slide is one of the worst I've seen. Bark provided as a soft fall surface needs topping up. The two children I was supervising still enjoyed the climbing equipment (monkey bar etc) and the swings.
