I really enjoy visiting this Cafe. It has great customer service. The staff are very attentive and go out of their way to look after the customers. The food is fresh and always good. I have tried the salmon eggs benedict and the bacon and egg roll. Both were fresh and delicious. I have enjoyed my weak flat white and my chai lattes. I started going there because its dog friendly and very convenient to park the car and enjoy brunch, before we walk at the local park. I think the prices are very reasonable.

Popped in to quickly grab a takeaway croissant! I bit into possibly the driest and stalest croissant I’ve ever had. It was lacking any buttery softness, and tasted like it had been sitting out far too long. Just disappointing considering you expect a cafe to provide fresh pastries

We came here on a hot day and sat outside in a pleasant area for a small lunch. We ordered chicken Vietnamese rolls that were the best I have tasted in years. We had to wait for them but were forewarned as they make each order fresh. Delicious with all the herbs and vegetables with fresh made chicken not overpowered by masses of noodles. Honestly a great find in this suburban shopping area. The coffee was also excellent and the juice. I will come again next time I am in this area visiting.

I’ll get straight to the point. I ordered the PHO and it wasn’t pho. Small bowl on an unclean tray. No chopsticks. Few twisted bits of tasteless, overcooked beef. Few shavings of carrot (not even sliced, but who adds carrot to pho anyway?). One bok choy leaf chopped up into several small pieces (also not a pho ingredient). I think I spotted one onion ring. Three mini leaves of coriander. And maybe 10 strands of rice noodle. All carelessly chucked into a flavourless, watery, questionable broth. No mint, no hoisin sauce, no bean sprouts. Hoping I don’t get sick. The pho isn’t pho. They should call it a veggie soup? Not sure. This could fall under the category of false advertising, but based on the other reviews no one should be surprised. You’ve been warned. The pho is not pho. That should give you a big clue about everything else at the Copper Pan. Coffee and service were okay. I think it has new owners.

Lamington was stale and took forever to come. Was given a strawberry milkshake instead of a smoothie and was told it was a smoothie. Twice. Very vague service.
