Visited SBCC for dinner with some friends and was very impressed by the great location and food available. The views were beautiful and the decor in The Patio very pleasant. I had a lovely pizza, and some great cocktails. Most of the staff and security were very kind, however we had an unpleasant experience with one of the bartenders downstairs who was very blunt and rude with no manners at all, even after we greeted her. Apart from this - a great venue and experience!

We booked a balcony room at the Ramada which was large with stunning view. Furnishings were very stylish and clean. Kitchen lovely and very well stocked with equipment. Bathroom a bit dated and not enough counter, shower pressure was fabulous which I love. Air con wasn't quiet cold enough at 20⁰ for us oldies. We had pizza from mermaids which QR code order from the room was great. We have lunch at the patio very nice. And Christmas day lunch at Atmos which was sensational! Would highly recommend.

Pretty good bar, good expensive drinks, when they have live music the center stage is great But I sat with a group of gals, one lost their phone for 30 minutes, found it. They went to dance. I rejoined after 15, found no connection. I left them alone. Talked to another girl. Asked what she thought of the band, for five seconds. If I didnt get the hint 100 percent id understand. And I did, I went to leave at 1230. The place doesn't close until four.mt leaving was voluntary Went to leave. The bartender paraded me in front of everyone trying to get in, accused me of trying to steal phones which was blatanty false. I have my own and didnt linger on the girls who made shit up. I was also already on my way at the other exit when buddy paraded me. Bouncers don't listen to reality even if your not from here

It confuses me any good review about food from here. We came in and ordered the $200 seafood platter which was TERRIBLE. the chips, battered fish and calamari had all obdviously sat there going cold before our buzzer was pressed to collect it. The tiny cold serving of chips was ridiculous. The quality of the fresh stuff wasn’t bad. But for $200 I expect the hot stuff hot ! On top of that we had to pay a Sunday surcharge. The kids nuggets and chips came out shrivelled too. After not being able to get a table at game fish club because our experience there for $100 platter was great quality temperature and more of a serving ! We decided let’s give it another try the kids can’t wait. Ordering the crispy skin barramundi premium price for food that doesn’t come out with crispy skin, watery, 2 capers in the dish, powdered mash potato. The other dish had no capers. The staff are rude it’s not a customer focused business they talk amongst themselves while SLOWLY and i mean SLOWLY making your coffee order. Don’t order one unless you’ve got 20 minutes to wait. Last summer was terrific. Which was what brought us back. After spending over$400 there and unhappy with the quality we will not be back. The only thing done well is the pizzas.

We were seated upstairs with beautiful ocean views — the perfect spot on a sunny day. The venue is spacious and was extremely busy, yet we were quickly shown to a window table despite not having a booking, which was impressive. Ordering was quick and efficient. They did let us know there’d be up to a 30-minute wait for food due to the crowd, but it didn’t feel long at all. Drinks arrived promptly, and the whole atmosphere was relaxed and easygoing, which made the wait quite pleasant. They also provided drawing kit for young kids to keep them entertained. The food is solid, good-quality pub fare — nothing overly fancy, but well done. Overall, it’s the kind of place where the setting, vibe and service elevate the entire experience, especially on a beautiful day.
