I was at Bowral for the tulip display in Corbett Garden. While heading to my next destination to Jervis Bay, I stopped by this beautiful garden at Moss Vale and was very amazed that a garden with such vast and beautiful tulips was open to public for free. Very well maintained and has public toilets about 100m away. Must visit during spring. A big applause to those maintaining this garden. Parking isn't an issue as there are public parking opposite the garden across the road. Great spot indeed.
We stopped by Leighton Garden after lunch and were pleasantly surprised. It’s a small but peaceful garden, with vibrant flowers and beautifully arranged flowerbeds. A perfect spot to unwind, relax, and enjoy the calm and serenity of the surroundings. A lovely little escape from the hustle and bustle!
Located in Moss vale. Well maintained park, plenty of seating and a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee from the café located next to it.
We've been visiting Leighton Gardens from mid to late September for years, firstly discovered by accident on our way to Canberra... Tulip time at this place has normally been such a treat, for FREE! masses of colourful tulips galore, but unfortunately this year we were a little disappointed, whilst it's still a very pretty park, the tulips where definitely not as plentiful.... what a shame 😢. Please, please bring these beautiful tulips back to the Garden as previously. ,
I recently visited the park, and I was utterly captivated by its beauty. Everywhere I looked, vibrant fresh flowers adorned the landscape, creating a mesmerizing tapestry of colors. The fragrance of the blossoms filled the air, adding an extra layer of enchantment to the serene atmosphere. Walking through the park felt like stepping into a dreamland, where each turn revealed a new burst of floral splendor. It was a truly enchanting experience, and I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a moment of tranquility and natural beauty.
