Gibbergunyah Reserve is a bushland reserve in Bowral with sign-posted circuit walks like the Goanna Circuit. Dogs are welcome on-leash, and the trails offer a mix of flat paths and gentle inclines through the bush. It is a quiet, easy spot for a bushwalk close to town, with parking near the entrance by the golf club. A pleasant on-leash trail for a dog that enjoys a walk.
Dog rules
Dogs must be on a leash and under effective control at all times in public places except in designated leash-free areas. Dog faeces must be collected immediately. No dangerous dogs or restricted breeds in leash-free areas. Maximum 4 dogs per person. My family and I did the Goanna Circuit with our German Shepherd dog, which was a lovely trail with a mix of flat paths and areas with more of an incline. It took us 1.5 hours including the walk from Boronia St to the start of the trail. We even saw an echidna right next to the path!

A fairly small bush reserve nestled between Bowral and Mittagong, it is quite easily accessed and allows a quite hilly walk through forests and gullies.
