What people say
Unpretentious yet cool. Always good vibes. More on the 'Melbourne' than 'Sydney' side of things. The rest of Sydney's bars could learn a lot from Arcadia.
Very disrespectful staff. We were not served and were simply brushed off. We were playing a card game at the bar, laughing and having fun. The staff then claimed we were very drunk just because we were enjoying ourselves. My impression: if you’re at this bar, it’s better not to have fun — otherwise you won’t get served.
Incredible cocktails at very reasonable prices. Staff where more then happy to explain drinks and even though they only had 2 bar tenders on when I was there and the place was packed the wait time was quite short. Well done Arcadia
A lively bar with a great atmosphere. The drinks are really good and very reasonably priced, making it an excellent spot to catch up with friends over a few drinks. It’s also perfect for stopping by after work or on a day off to relax and unwind, especially if you live nearby. Had a great time here and will definitely be back again.
Found the Arcadia Liquors bar on a Google search and very happy we did! Great, relaxed atmosphere made even more so by the fairy lights. Very friendly welcome from both gents behind the bar. Music playlist was absolutely superb, with great Aussie music all evening. We only sampled the Two Cheese picking plate, but it was great value with a huge range of extras; olives, sun dried tomatoes, dried figs, crackers and 2 excellent cheeses. Brilliant! Highly recommended!
