Food is basic yet OVERPRICED.. $16 for a 1 and a HALF avocado toast gluten free? .. why? avocado, more like a spread with 5 halves of tomato. I don’t think the kitchen team knows how to serve the food like how you want it yourself. Please think of the customer as serving your family. I wouldn’t serve this even to mine. I feel bad to my partner. I should’ve took him somewhere else.

Upon entering the cafe, one of the staff was very rude towards my baby and I. It was a quiet Tuesday morning, it was during the shopping center quiet hour, people are calm and strolling at the shopping center, and one of the staffs was rushing his way through, and spoke rudely when I slowed down and turned to check on my baby, the staff looked very angry and frustrated. After the incident, I went into the cafe to let the boss know that his staff was ill- mannered, and I heard profanity word. Instead of taking a constructive feedback, he argued saying his staff has been working for 10 years and customers have praised him. Basic customer service is obviously lacking, and from what I see in the reviews, some have also commented how rude the two men working there are. And it reflects. The cafe was quiet. There are plenty of cafes in Westfield Hornsby, just spend your money elsewhere where you are valued.

This cafe is very lovely however the service that we received was quite awkward. The food here is also very overpriced, $25 for the brekkie plate where you only get half a sausage is a bit odd. The food is yum don’t get me wrong but this is a very overpriced cafe.

Had a pleasant visit on a Sunday morning. I like cafes offering small, regular and large sized coffee, and this is one of them with abundant natural light. The oat milk flat white was surprisingly good, and the toasted almond croissant was decent with a layer almond paste inside.

Lovely cafe with delicious food! Such a nice ambience in a quiet corner of the shopping centre with warm sunlight. Staff is very friendly. Ordered a $17.95 waffle chicken burger, so delicious and crispy. Also got a $7 lemon tart, which is a bit expensive and quite sweet, pastry was a bit soft. The food was still very enjoyable. Highly recommend!
