We had a fantastic experience at Daily Bean Café Ed Square, a halal-friendly café that ensures no cross-contamination. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for a relaxed brunch or lunch. We started with the Daily Brekkie, a hearty and delicious plate featuring poached eggs, hash browns, sautéed mushrooms, avocado, spinach, tomato relish, sourdough, grilled haloumi, and grilled tomato. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also tried the Smashed Avo, which came on sourdough with fresh avocado smash, feta cheese, poached eggs, beetroot hummus, and dukkah. It was vibrant, fresh, and packed with flavor—a perfect vegetarian and halal-friendly option. The Steak Sandwich was another highlight—premium beef eye fillet with grilled Spanish onions, lettuce, tomato, cheese, and BBQ sauce on a Turkish roll, served with crispy chips and tomato sauce. The beef was tender and juicy, and the flavors were perfectly balanced. The Chicken Linguini, with grilled chicken in a creamy sauce reduction, Spanish onion, walnut crumble, avocado fan, and parmesan, was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. For drinks, we enjoyed two refreshing mocktails: LyE to Me (lychee puree, coconut syrup, pineapple juice, soda water) and Mango Nut (mango puree, coconut syrup, apple juice, soda water). Both were beautifully presented and very tasty. Our hot drinks—Cappuccino and White Chocolate—were smooth, comforting, and a perfect finish to our meal. Overall, Daily Bean Café Ed Square impressed us with its delicious food, halal-friendly environment, and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a satisfying and safe dining experience.

Ordered the buttermilk pancake today and was disappointed. It looks good but it tasted salty and burnt. It was a pain to eat through them. And the cappuccino tasted like milk rather than coffee. Not a great experience overall.

Was on the lookout for local eats and stumbled upon this gem. The food here is beyond exquisite. Came here on Sunday with my partner, and we were blown away by the next level food and the super friendly service. omelette, and salmon scramble eggs were mouthwatering. We had to add bacon and egg rolls takeaway for my parents, and it stayed warm and fresh. It's just amazing! We are definitely going back👌

First time passing by, won’t be my last! Highly recommended. First thing I noticed was the impeccable customer service. The staff were kind, super sweet and projected good vibes all around! The food was delicious, perfected to taste, great chefs. Finally, the colours, design of the environment when you first enter makes you feel at home and never want to leave! See you next time ‘Daily Bean’ (:

My new favourite cafe. I’ve been a few times, each and every time service is impeccable. Staff are friendly and lovely even when super busy! The chef is tops and always cooks the best food breakfast and lunch/dinner menu. I couldn’t rate this place enough. My favourites are the salads, they cater to all with their delicious vegan bowl.
