Overall, I had a good experience at Max Brenner Edsquare Shopping Centre. I took my family there for dessert to celebrate my father’s birthday, and it was a nice place for a small family celebration. The desserts and drinks were delicious, rich in flavor, and well presented. There’s a great variety on the menu for chocolate lovers, and everything we ordered tasted great. The atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, which made it easy to sit, chat, and enjoy the moment together. The only area that could be improved is the service. It wasn’t bad, but it felt a bit slow and not very attentive at times. If the service were more proactive and friendly, it would easily be a 5-star experience. Overall, still a good dessert spot and a pleasant place to celebrate special occasions.

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Max Brenner today, all thanks to Caleb, who truly went above and beyond. His exceptional customer service skills made my visit so memorable, and he deserves so much more recognition for his outstanding efforts. He's a true asset to the team. His personality is truly so genuinely bright and his energy is infectious. Not only had he had an incredibly long and busy day, he was understaffed and still did his best to make our experience fantastic. It’s honestly so rare to find employees who are able to maintain their composure and still manage to give us his best customer service when they’re having a bad day. Honestly his personality and people skills talents are being wasted here, because he has to deal with entitled and rude customers. Caleb deserves so much recognition and I hope he gets the praise he deserves.

I’ve been here before but was honestly disappointed today with the level of care provided to the food and drinks I ordered. The table was dirty so the lady got rid of the chocolate smudges and didn’t bother wiping the rest of the table. Then the mocha I ordered was served in a hug mug that was cracked and the mug has spots of splattered milk and chocolate when served … wasn’t happy since holiday surcharge is applied and the service was substandard. On a good note the cookie and ice cream was amazing, will give credit where it’s due

After a full-course dinner, we were craving something sweet and decided to visit Max Brenner Chocolate Bar—and it did not disappoint! We ordered the Chocolate Crepe Cake, which was a decadent delight. Made with soft, delicate layers of crepes and vanilla cream, and topped with melted milk chocolate, milk chocolate shavings, and crunchy dark chocolate waffle balls—it was rich, velvety, and absolutely delicious. Though a bit too sweet to finish entirely after dinner, every bite was a chocolate lover's dream. The kids had the Mud Cake and Sticky Date Pudding, and both were a hit—warm, gooey, and perfectly indulgent. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and as you'd expect from a chocolate bar, everything is wonderfully chocolaty! A great place for dessert lovers, especially if you're looking to treat yourself after dinner. We’ll definitely be back for more sweet experiences!

The coffee is amazing. The deserts are so delicious. I can not fault any of them. There chocolate is so delicious that you will feel sick if you eat too much which u most like will. They have a very large seating area. So you will be comfortable with the whole family. The staff are nice and friendly. I definitely recommend .
