What people say
Macarthur Park is a lovely, well-kept space that’s clearly maintained regularly. Great little playground for kids, nice walking paths, dog-friendly, and even suitable for a small BBQ. A really pleasant spot for families and locals.
What a great park Heaps of room 1 under cover hut With picnic 🧺 table & chairs scattered around the park
One of my favourite Parks in Camden. A landscaped garden with a lot of Australian native trees and with an interesting war memorial and tea pavilion. Perfect for a picnic since it is extremely well kept, so that you candid everywhere on the beautiful lawn. The rose garden is delightful.
Went to the park in October, hoping to enjoy Jacaranda Blossom. We didn't realise we were too early for such season....yet we were pleased by how peaceful and delight this park is. If only we had more of this park in every suburb, our life expectancy would have increased enormously.
This local park is well maintained full of history with really mature and diverse trees which the birds love. The garden is currently looking very green and lush. Has a war memorial, war cannons, two pretty rose gardens, an under cover area with picnic tables and multiple picnic tables scattered throughout. Has a hollowed out tree for birds and fauna. Also has play equipment for kids. Great park to picnic or play in. We love it!
