Gloria Jean's Oran Park

I have been having breakfast here quite often and was never disappointed. Good coffee and great selection of breakfast menu. Sam at the counter always welcomes with a great smile whenever we are there. Best part is their halal options that serves everyone. The do get quite busy in the rush hour. Thanks for putting up the hard work guys to serve on time. Cheers.

I have ordered a few times from gloria jeans, both in store and drive thru. The acai is always lovely and absolutely loaded with sauce which I definitely appreciate. However I recently went through drive thru and was met with a “yep what do you want” by the server which was off putting and rude. At the window the server made no effort to be welcoming or show any positive customer service. Apart from this (maybe it was an off day) I recommend gloria jeans best acai in Oran park

I have been attending Julia reserve youth center and always have stopped by with my staff and friends and they have never got our order wrong and staff are always lovely but always look out for Jaiyana and Talyn, greatly made drinks and food and always lovely and all the staff look after us, always makes everyone smile on the way in getting a good laugh while ordering, lovely,real people. :)

Hi I always love their ice chocolates and other drinks. Today I decided to order waffles and soft serve. I was in rush when I received my order, I looked at it and looked back at the cashier - i was stunned and couldnt say anything further as my little one kept rushing me for her ice chocolate, plus I saw there were lines of car behind me so i just drove. When I got home I checked their menu and I wanted to check how is it supposed to be like. It was frustrating to look at my waffle. It was plain without any chocolate drizzles like the menu and my waffles was super crunchy like a biscuits. I hope this is the one time mistake - as I love the rest of order.

The drive thru service is amazing! Such a beautiful and attentive staff, I always go in the mornings for my coffee before work. My only complaint is for one individual unfortunately that ruins it for the team. She served me Thursday morning at 10:30am with her long red nails and death stare facial expressions. I simply asked if I could have a cup tray, as I had 2 coffees and she was extremely rude and aggressive to the point where she literally passed the tray over to me with her head completely turned while still talking to her worker. Absolutely disgusting intolerable behaviour and I myself being a business owner would fire her. Other than that one individual, the whole team is always so friendly & beautiful! They really do go above and beyond! One time my card declined as it was a new card and not yet activated, they let me pay the following day! I ended up coming back that evening with the owing cash and thanked them
