East Hills Hotel

Had a great experience brought my dogs to the Lovley beer garden and one of the locals went out of there way to fill the water bowl for me. Lovley food and atmosphere.

We hosted our son’s 3rd birthday party in the Alfresco room at East Hills Hotel and had a fantastic experience. Ken, the manager on the day, was incredibly helpful both before and during the event and genuinely went above and beyond. It had rained overnight and the floors were quite wet, and Ken proactively mopped the area multiple times to make sure it was safe for the kids which we really appreciated. Chetan was also fantastic in the lead up to the event and made the planning process smooth and easy. A big thank you as well to the rest of the staff who were attentive, friendly and very accommodating throughout. We pre ordered platters for the party and were very happy with the food and service. Overall it was a great venue for a kids birthday party and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend East Hills Hotel.

Food in restaurant is garbage Had to take meal back and ask where barramundi fillet is in fisherman’s basket They said they forgot Girlfriend had pasta in clam chowder and prawns (1) cut into pieces $74 ! My dog eats better quality food 3rd photo is what’s left

We had the most wonderful Christmas get-together at East Hills Hotel with my friends and our kids. I personally recommended this place because of its cozy vibe and the lovely indoor play area, and it absolutely did not disappoint. The food was amazing, and the kids had the best time playing at the play area while we enjoyed ourselves. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional staff. As a group of mums who had a very chaotic morning, we felt so looked after. We even asked if it was possible to get coffee around 11:30, and without any questions or hesitation, the staff happily accommodated us — such genuine and thoughtful service. We had such a great time together and even managed to take a beautiful group photo by the Christmas tree, which made the day even more special. Everyone left happy, relaxed, and full of smiles. Highly recommend East Hills Hotel for families, catch-ups with friends, and especially during the festive season. We’ll definitely be back ❤️🎄

Popped in for an early dinner and was pleasantly surprised about the upgrades to the hotel since my last visit a long time ago. The food was great, the staff were great despite the tall girl in the bistro seeming like she didn't want to be there. Anna looked after us and was great. Would definitely suggest checking this place out.
