Visited the venue during the concert last weekend, the experience was outs. Even with the busy crowd, the management and team handled everything professionally and with great energy. Service was quick, the team was friendly, and the atmosphere was incredible. Really enjoyed the Saturday evening. Thanks for great experience.

We came as a group on Friday and had an excellent time. The manager was incredibly welcoming, organised, and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. The food and drinks were great, and the staff followed his lead with fantastic service. Truly a memorable experience thanks to the manager and the whole team.

Came here in Saturday as was buying a car in the area the only thing I could say was good was the food. Drinks was a bit expensive compared to other establishments I've been to. The bar lady was nice throughout the day but it all went south when another bar lady started her shift she had no personality what so ever just looked at you like it was a inconvenience for her to be at work which brought a downer. We stuck around for the nrl game at 530 and she had the hide to argue with my fiance as she had a few to drink and was told she was cut off. My fiance wasent intoxicated and we had our 11 year old son with us who didn't need to see the attention that my partner was given. I personally will not be back to this place which is sad as the only thing I would go there for is the Chinese food...never again

I don’t usually bother leaving reviews, but this experience was honestly too bad not to mention. There was a white guy (I think he was the manager no name tag) who was seriously one of the rudest staff members I’ve ever dealt with. I asked for a bit of help and he acted like it was I was an inconvenience, super dismissive with a condescending attitude. I also noticed he wasn’t much better with his own staff and was visibly seen treating his staff in the same condescending manner when they clearly seemed to need his assistance. The guy was barely ever behind the bar either just wandering around or on his phone while the other staff were clearly struggling to keep up. Whole thing just left a bad taste in my mouth. It made the place feel uncomfortable and badly managed. As someone who enjoys spending money at the pokies for entertainment alone with decent service I definitely won’t be going back. As a front line worker or whatever his role was put him in the back or somewhere because he clearly doesn’t have any social skills and looks like he hates his life.
