Leslie Muir Reserve has a fenced off-leash area with agility equipment, a bubbler, and waste bags. The space is smaller than many fenced parks, but the surrounding bush setting makes it feel more interesting than its footprint suggests. Shade is good from established trees. The single bench tends to collect bird droppings — something locals note with a mix of frustration and humour.

Dog rules

Council-designated off-leash area at Leslie Muir Reserve. Dogs may exercise off-leash under the effective control of a competent person. Dogs must remain on-leash within 10 metres of food preparation areas, playgrounds and sports fields.

Nice park, bit unkempt but has what you need (didn't have poo bags this time) Was also nice to walk past the Lalzawmi Zomi Frankcom mural and remember her 💔

The dog park is a bit smaller than most I’ve visited- they have some agility equipment n bubbler & it’s well fenced off. The surroundings are awesome n it would b so much nicer if there was grass in the dog park as well. Also, the bin outside the dog park smells really bad - this dog park deserves to b maintained as well as it’s surroundings have been . The area is called Leslie Muir Reserve u can also take a walk with your dog ( on leash ) along the track by the river - I’m not sure how far it goes but spotted a historical building on the way, exercise equipment further down, a bridge, ducks and am guessing lots more further down. The grass, fauna and surroundings are well maintained and clean.

Good fenced park. A few obstacles for the dogs and a fountain and poo bags avalible. Only one seat witch unfortunately has alot of bird poo on it. Otherwise it's a 5 star park.

Nice little shady fenced area - 2 safe entrances - one bubbler + some agility equipment & one seating platform. No shelter for rainy days, sandy, dry areas & no real lawn spots. Nice that the ground was clear enough to walk without stepping on a 'surprise'. No lights, no nearby loo's but has some parking in the little street alongside. Its best asset is the lovely walking path this dog park is adjacent to - a path along the river that is beautiful. If you walk along this path & come across this dog park - it will feel like a little oasis for the pup to freely explore & take a drink.
