Beautiful park. So well maintained! Nice park to take the kids & let them explore check out the bird life & ponds. There’s tracks u can follow all the way to the river and beautiful views. There’s no fenced off area for dogs but they’d love the park too. Also a lot of sports ovals. I wouldn’t recommend coming late at night - the drive down is really dark & the parking area has no lighting.
Located at 1116 Forest Road, Lugarno, New South Wales, Australia 🇦🇺 This a beautiful park to bring family, especially children and and just to come to sit and relax. Also there’s great sporting 🏈 🏀 facilities with three rugby fields and two netball courts and a designated wicket and practice nets for cricket enthusiasts. There is very good toilet 🚻 facilities and changing rooms. The parking 🅿️ is limited, especially on a sports day. There’s a beautiful dam (called Webb’s Dam) which makes it ideal place for relaxing and appreciating the abundance of different types of fauna scattered around the area. The wildlife is wonderful with 🦆 ducks etc wondering around freely. There’s a children’s playground available near the pond with the usual playground equipment. There is BBQ and seating available also. There’s a walking trail known as the Lugarno Loop via the Georges Riverbank Walk. This gives you fantastic views of the Georges River. A wonderful park and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Thumbs up!! 👍👍👍👍
I am an independent disability support worker and I took my participant to this park as he loves to walk. We walked around the park looking at all the ducks and birds around the pond area. Then we went along one of the dirt bush tracks taking in the scenery and boats on the water. He loved the view and looking at the boats and bird life. We also appreciated the toilets and covered picnic tables to eat our lunch at. There was also a play ground for young children but we didn't use it. Plenty of parking. Also the grounds are always being maintained. Beautiful place to visit.
Peaceful spot with a large playing field, playground for all ages including toddlers, with ducks for company. The lake is serene and beautiful.
It's a very hidden park that separates between urban and nature. It sits in the heart of a nice area that is near a river looking from above. You may find some ducks around too.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
