What people say
Great outdoor seating area and lovely workers. Coffee is always on point. Thank you
As a coffee lover who has tried many different cafés and coffee trucks, I can say this location is popular largely because it’s handy and convenient. There’s plenty of seating, which makes it a great spot for catching up or meeting with friends. However, the coffee itself has consistently been disappointing. It’s often either too bitter or has an off taste, which takes away from the overall experience. With such a great space and atmosphere, improving the quality and consistency of the coffee would make a significant difference
I want to start by saying that the quality here is genuinely great. The coffee is very good, the place has a nice atmosphere, and overall it’s a spot I enjoy coming to. However, I just wanted to share some honest feedback about the customer service. The barista clearly knows how to make great coffee and does her job well, but the way she interacts with customers could be improved a bit. I’ve noticed a few times that the communication feels quite cold, and even simple greetings or small interactions don’t feel very welcoming. I’ve also seen this with other customers, not just myself. I’m sharing this because I’m a local and I actually like this place. I run a business myself, so I understand how important customer service is alongside product quality. Everything else is great — this is just one small area that could make the experience even better. Wishing the team all the best.
The drinks here are delicious, although I haven’t tried any of the food here. A variety of different options to choose from in both food and drinks. The staff are friendly as well which is great, although the making of the drinks weren’t as efficient and had a bit of a wait. There’s indoor seating, chair, tables and small couches. There’s also seating outside which is sheltered. I don’t remember the exact pricing, it was OKAY, could probably be a bit cheaper. Lots of reviews are saying it’s ridiculous but honestly depends on the person.
Average coffee. Informed them that we’re dining in and yet got served in a take away cup. Poor customer service. Cheesecake wasn’t fresh and tasted really bad
