What people say
I previously left a review, and I’d like to say that the management took my feedback seriously and handled it with respect and care. Honestly, that really made me appreciate the place even more, and I thank them for their attention. This time the experience was excellent — everything was fresh and tasty, and the service was very friendly and fast. It’s clear that they truly care about customer feedback and are always trying to improve.
First time for my friends and I at baytouna sweet spot and it was amazing from the service by a young girl named Taghrid and her colleague Ahmed, they made the made the effort of making our time there a truly amazing experience their dessert was scrumptious. Thank you guys we will be back again in no time.
Baytouna Sweet Spot feels like a little slice of Lebanon. Their mocktails are so refreshing, and the knefe is incredibly cheesy—just like it’s made back home. The mafrouke is the real star, bringing those warm, nostalgic flavours that take you right back to those unforgettable family moments couldn’t recommend this place enough. Definitely worth a visit! The new dessert created by Chef Ali was exceptional. I thoroughly appreciated its flavour, presentation, and overall artistry.
Absolutely love this place! The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, perfect for catching up with friends or getting some work done. The staff are super friendly and always make you feel at home. You can tell they really care about the quality of what they serve. Specially Taghreed!! She deserves 7 stars if there was !!!
Whats desert without the Arab Tunes Amr diab was serenading us with his emotion filled songs making the coffee and Baytouna tea taste like it was being sipped while sitting at sakhret al rowshi The crepes and dutch pancakes topping off the experience Worth the visit!
