Parklands Café

Absolutely atrocious service from two young caucasian girls with brown hair tied back in the morning at 11am on Friday the 24th of October. Very rude behaviour and lazy customer service. The most disgusting coffee and food we have ever experienced. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK!!

Service was slow and the place was not busy. The staff forgot to check with the kitchen if my smashed avo was being prepared. Iced chai latte was okay. Don't think I would come back. smashed avo was okay the bread could have been more toasted. Staff were not very friendly. They did apologise for the wait. The place is near the medical facility, decor is very clinical not really appealing.

Got the Southern Fried Chicken Burger and the chicken was raw in the middle. Not slightly underdone raw. Told the staff and didn’t even get an apology. Honestly, that’s basic food safety and they didn’t seem to care. Won’t be going back, and I’d think twice if you’re planning to eat here.

The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We sat outside and our daughter had a blast in the playground. The staff were wonderful, they brought our food outside to our table. My daughter had a kids burger meal, my husband had the 'best burger' which is basically a beef burger with bacon jam, and I had the grilled chicken burger. They were all very good. We all want to come back again, especially as we saw their pizzas, which looked fabulous.

The only thing going for the cafe is it's location. Staff are clueless. Zero communication skills. Hair loose on food as they deliver. Instant coffee may taste better and definitely presented better.
