Starbucks Marsden Park is a cafe where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
Went through the drive-through at 9:00am and ordered four drinks. When we reached the window, only three drinks were prepared. We let the staff member know, but she said they couldn’t add the fourth drink because there were cars waiting behind us, even though I’ve seen this done before at other times. The interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly. Unfortunately the coffee also tasted watered down. Overall, disappointing service and quality, so I won’t be returning.
This Starbucks store was closed 30 minutes before the advertised closing time. I arrived well within business hours at 10:30pm as it's shown closing time 11pm and was refused service with no explanation or notice. It happened on 15Jan 2026 at 10:30pm This is misleading and unacceptable. Customers rely on published trading hours, and closing early shows poor management and lack of accountability. Starbucks needs to address this immediately, as this does not meet basic customer service standards.
It honestly feels like the staff have given up, whether due to understaffing or a poor work culture. On two separate occasions, I’ve spent over 20 minutes in the drive-thru despite being only two to three cars back from the order box. Amending an order 🤦🏻♂️ adding or removing items, is a 50/50 gamble as to whether it will be correct. Better management, training, and a stronger focus on customer service are clearly needed.
The manager is an efficient guy. He served me a delicious drip filter coffee. Consistently good.
Consistently serving up deliciously blended frappes and coffees, even during the busy rush. Service is quick and efficient, and we really enjoyed our drinks.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
