Great service, and perfect location right next to the station. We got the Chilli scrambled eggs, which if you like spicy eggs these were delicious and the Canadian breakfast if you love both sweet Pancakes topped with eggs and bacon, you'll love this!
Urban Jungle Café is a fantastic spot that truly delivers both in flavour and atmosphere. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with lush, jungle-inspired decor that gives the place a relaxed and vibrant vibe, perfect for brunch lovers and foodies alike. The menu offers a great variety of dishes with both savoury and sweet options. We ordered the Jungle Brekkie, Urban Benny with Southern Fried Chicken, Burger Steak, and the Urban Churros French Toast and each dish was beautifully presented, generously portioned, and full of flavour. The balance of textures and ingredients made every bite satisfying. The drinks were equally impressive. We tried the Mango Passion Crush and the Pink Lemonade Lychee & Rose Tea, both were refreshing and complemented the food really well. Service was friendly and attentive, and the food came out in good time despite the café being busy. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable. It’s also great to know the menu is halal-friendly, which makes it an even more welcoming place for diverse diners. Highly recommend this café if you’re in the Rooty Hill area!
Went to Urban Jungle for brunch with friends. Service was great but food was underwhelming. I had smashed avo with eggs. Only came with one piece of bread and one tiny poached egg (literally the size of a 50c piece!) Unfortunately it was also saturated in drizzled oil, so I couldn’t finish it). Not worth the price $22. Coffee great. Nice n strong but not burnt. Has a great little play area for the kids to keep them occupied.
We recently visited Urban Jungle Cafe, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the unique vibe of the place—lush, earthy, and full of character. The decor lives up to the name, with a cozy, nature-inspired ambiance that immediately puts you at ease. It’s the kind of place that feels like a hidden gem in the city. One of the first things we noticed was how prompt and efficient the service was. Even though the cafe had a lively atmosphere, the staff was quick to take our order and made sure everything was delivered with a smile. They were attentive without being intrusive, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The coffee and food were both excellent, but the real standout for us was the tacos—absolutely next level. We’ve tried tacos at plenty of places, but these were in a league of their own. Packed with flavor, fresh ingredients, and just the right amount of spice, they were hands-down the best tacos we’ve had anywhere. It’s worth going back just for those! The coffee was rich and satisfying, perfect for sipping while taking in the relaxing surroundings. Everything on the menu seemed thoughtfully crafted, and you could tell quality was a priority. Overall, Urban Jungle Cafe gave us a memorable experience. Great food, amazing tacos, lovely coffee, quick service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a chill atmosphere with food that delivers on flavor. We’ll definitely be coming back!
