Alwyn Lindfield Reserve is a multi-use Blacktown council park in Glenwood with soccer fields, cricket nets, a skate park, and a scenic walking path that connects through to Glenwood Reserve. The designated off-leash dog area is a fenced enclosure halfway down the reserve, near a small shopping complex.

The dog area has grass, trees, a water tap, and benches. Visitors note it's not lit at night, so daytime visits work better. Outside the off-leash zone, dogs must stay on-leash. The reserve has BBQs, fitness equipment, and accessible paths — bathrooms are in the adjacent shopping complex rather than at the park itself.

Dog rules

Council/Trust-designated off-leash area at Alwyn Lindfield Reserve. Dogs may exercise off-leash within the signposted off-leash area under effective control (voice command); on-leash elsewhere in the reserve.

Only went here in the dark - to use the dog park, and it was difficult to find as its not lit up at all. I'd been there ages ago so knew which general direction to go in (it's still in the fenced off bit halfway down, next to the shops). Dog park, smallish but adequate. Grass, trees, water tap with bowl. Plus an 'air lock' style entry/exit and wheelie bin at each end.

A great place with a scenic walking path, barbecue facilities, a dedicated dog park, and areas for soccer, rugby, and skating. It’s also ideal for cycling, and there’s a cricket net practice area available among many other amenities.

Clean, tidy and well maintained. One day noticed the grass was getting long and literally the next day I took my child and it was mowed. There's no bathrooms there that I could see but next door is a small shopping complex that has bathrooms

This is a fairly good area to take a walk or also for games and children's play. This reserve is connected by a track which connects it to Glenwood Reserve. For long walk it's a reasonably good place.
