Been here before when the playground was renovated last year that it was completed in 2025 as part of the upgrade to the facility been built for recreational activities like chess & dancing Zumba classes along with kids to play with kids to use the playground including people to sit back & enjoying the views that there is tables & chairs to sit down near the tennis court areas. The sensory garden is a charming place to connect people with the beautiful nature land. There were ducks outside taking some nice pictures of it at the water fountains. A full picnic days can be very good for families & friends to be outdoors for the day. Accessible toilets for everyone. Parking can be good if someone can find a disability van spots. Good to have a BBQ with mates with a shade structure with new furniture added as part of the Burwood council. Improved pathways to go sightseeing new ideas. Played Badminton for a short period of time. It has changed a lot since then that there is a part of history behind all of it. Cafe can be have in the early morning to start the week to go for a jog or a walk with the dog. Definitely coming back here with friends.
Perfect little park for everyone, nice playground, decent well maintained oval, lovely table tennis tables placement under nice shade the whole time. Walkable distance to Burwood Westfield and Burwood little Chinatown
Nice park. Plenty of shade. The playground is quite small but many varieties of equipment to play with. It suit for 4-10 years old. Unfortunately you have to pay the parking. The parking maximum is 2 hours ($9.40 for 2 hours. You can pay less of course, if you park less hour). But you can park inside the shopping centre for free 3 hours parking. It's quite close with shopping centre.
Beautiful park with lush green grass and tall shady trees. Has a pond with a few ducks. An open theater for community events, 2 tennis courts, and also a picnic area with open seating and a small restaurant for a quick snack. There's also a toilet facility near the entrance of the park.
Burwood Park is a lovely little escape, especially if you’re wanting a break from the busy town. There are lots of birds around, which adds a calm, natural feel as you wander through. Plenty of benches to sit and relax, plus exercise equipment if you feel like being active. Well laid out, peaceful, and easy to enjoy at your own pace. A great spot to unwind, stretch the legs, or just sit and watch the world slow down a bit.
