I was looking forward to a swim here based on reviews but unfortunately it was very disappointing. The park poorly maintained and rude locals with dogs off lead. The swimming area Mainly rock with very little sand and sharp oysters shells everywhere the water was very polluted even though it has not rained in 10 plus days. Maybe ok for a walk or picnic but no good for swimming…
Hidden gem - should be holding back on spruiking this one... Have been going here since was a beebe awesome if you get the tides right - crystal clear water, (don't go after a stormy- alot of washed up debris) but safe beach- small hidden gem 💎 if there's too many people it can easily be crowded though. Beats balmorals parking costs and hecticness.
A nice and relaxing spot with wonder Views all day long. Visit for a swim, a hike or a family bbq.
Don't really want to give away our latest secret... lovely small beach great for young kids. Go when tide isn't high. Also a bit of woodland area to explore, with BBQ. limited car parking. Don't all go at once!
Nice little spot for relaxing. Has a BBQ area and a little swing for kids. Parking is not hard as there are not many people around. Public toilet provided.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
