Overall a beautiful cemetery, very peaceful and quiet, especially during the week. Nicely maintained, with some lovely water features and areas for quiet reflection. It also has a beautiful area specifically for infant loss, chapels on site, main office and a cafe. Parking is adequate, although could do with more, particularly on major holidays, be prepared to walk some distance. Some of the garden beds in the cremation section are a little neglected and need work, like the rose garden without rose bushes.

Absolutely disappointing to see my family garden so neglected AGAIN. I attend approx 4 times per year, and every time it is disgraceful. Every time I have to do a massive clean up, which I gladly do, even though this is meant to be an eternal garden. My sister has lodged several complaints, which are addressed at that time, thankyou, but then nothing more is done until she complains again. We have been told this was a resource problem that was being addressed, but I see no evidence of that.

Went on Christmas Eve to my parents in Calvary 12, As usual lawns were not mowed still dead flowers on many graves , headstones covered in overgrown grass ,had to cut around my parents headstones with a pair of scissors so I could see there headstones ,this has been like this since InvoCare have taken of the care of the grounds, To visit Pinegrove at Christmas or any time is always a negelect of care , & disrespectful to our loved ones & there families . No need to complain as nothing is ever done .

We asked reception multiple times and the workers to top my dads grav up with soil, they kept saying yes , everyday i came to see my dad nothing was done. So my family an i ended up doing it spending another $900+ on top out of our own pocket. We told the reception and that we had did it on our own, did not care or refund us back. Then we had asked for grass to be put over his grave because the workers with there trucks were leaving big dent wholes in my dads grave not fixing it we asked for them to add soil still nothing. We eneded up buying grass and fixing my dads grave on our own. We spend so much to lay our loved ones to rest for them to not be well looked after and having to spend extra to do it ourselfs.

We recently laid my Dad’s ashes there and got a headstone made. Jo, Beverley and the girls there were amazing they were so professional and always kept us informed with everything, also provided gazebos as it was raining and they made a sad time much easier. Thank you so much from myself and my Mum and our family, much appreciated.
