This place seems to have changed hands and have had a severe dip in quality and selection. Came in 2 hours before closing time, they already looked packed away and were out of their signature Dubai chocolate option. We ordered some other desserts, portions were quite small for the price, waited ages and one of our orders was wrong, they did fix the mistake after a bit of back and fourth. Overall after the long wait average customer service and mediocre quality we will not be coming back. Shame as we had a good expirence prior. I will add that I sympathise with the business, I understand that it isnt easy and they might have to cut some corners to make ends meet however they should endeavour to create an expirence that makes customers want to come back.

Incredible atmosphere, service and above all, the food was lovely. Staff are very sweet and the meal deals are great!

Great place with delicious pizza, smooth coffee, tasty sandwiches, and amazing cakes! Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere — highly recommended!

We ordered 4 diferent desserts and there were old and the flavour was disgusting, specially the trio slide had a wafer roll on top, it was soft. The coffee was good but the desserts were disgusting and old. I never come back again.

It was a bad experience. I went with a friend for some cakes and coffee but the cakes were old, tasted really bad, I can tell those cakes were from 3 or 4 days old. At the time we went, it wasnt busy, but to deliver thre cakes took a while. The coffee was okay but really dissapointed for the food. Never again I will go back.
