Cafe Figaro

I ordered from Café Figaro through Uber Eats and called the cafe shortly after to ask if they could add a few items to my existing order. I mentioned that I didn’t mind if the total price changed. The person who answered the phone was quite rude and dismissive, saying they couldn’t add anything and that I would have to place another order — even though the first one had just been made and was still being prepared. Despite explaining that I was trying to add something before the order went out, they went ahead and completed the order anyway. I’ve ordered from Café Figaro many times before and have always enjoyed their food, but this experience was very disappointing. It’s a shame to see such a good cafe treat returning customers with such poor service and lack of care.

Some food is great but the inconsistency in potions & quality is frustrating, I recommend this please to our team & once received the order its was laughable at how it was prepared, Hayo Sandwich which is based around egg & ham… what egg? Safe to say we won’t be ordering from here again

Decent cafe in a good location. I order coffee and banana bread toasted, this morning. It was not very busy, I was probably second or third customer. I was served with the coffee within 5 minutes but banana bread took a long time to come after the coffee was served, I had to remind them once in between. Staff all friendly but there seems to be bit of casual approach to customer service.

We came here for lunch and was nice. My ma had the steak sandwich and I had the Nutella French toast. The Nutella French toast was really nice as it wasn’t overly sweet and filling too. Plus I had the mango smoothie and it was really good too. I can’t wait to come back to try other things on menu

One of the best place, for breakfast, in the area. I used to order from Uber, but, at this stage, I wanted to try it “on the spot”. Excellent service; fast delivering of order and kitchen, and really clean place. The quality of the food, is ridiculous, and I wish, I could eat their breakfast, every morning. Everything, is perfectly cooked, and well presented. Free car park, just in front of it, and, if you need some shopping, coles is one step away. Been eating like a beast? No worries, this place has amenities 😉
