We ordered gelato, chocolate bingsu, the flan and the coconut matcha. The flan was big enough to serve 2/3 and came with toppings on the side (boba balls and shaved ice). It was delicious and not too sweet. The bingsu serving size fed 5 of us and had so many different, delicious toppings. Highly recommend! The matcha wasn’t such a hit though since it was quite bitter. The vibe was nice, a small cafe with soft music and dimmed lights. Overall an 8/10 experience

It was an extremely disappointing experience. It was a busy night and our group (two families) had to sit at two separate tables. About 15 minutes after we arrived, a male staff member asked our smaller table to leave, even though we had just sat down and were still eating. We were told to finish up with our dessert so another group could take the table. Meanwhile, the other table in our group was still eating. This felt very unfair and uncomfortable. I didn’t want to create a scene, so I let it go. However, things got worse when our kids at the other table found a fly in their mango bingsu. When we raised the issue, staff offered to replace it, but our kids were already upset and completely put off after seeing an insect in their food. They didn’t want to eat there anymore. Despite us clearly saying no, the staff kept insisting on making another bingsu. We had to raise our voices to explain that it would just go to waste and that we no longer felt comfortable staying after the whole experience. In the end, we were offered a $10 voucher, which honestly felt pointless as we have no intention of returning. Overall, poor handling of seating, hygiene concerns, and a lack of empathy for customers especially families with children. Very disappointing

Terrible customer experience. I had contacted the store after leaving behind a bag of food and had just wanted to know if it was still there or not so I could return and pick it up. The male employee who picked up was extremely rude and stated “no” without checking and hung up. Contacted them once more and didn’t get to speak much before they hung up again. After contacting the store for a third time, the male employee stated that he was “too busy” check and didn’t want to take a look outside. The store was mostly empty when we left so I was confused as to why they couldn’t quickly check and provide a proper answer. Whether the food was still there or not, I wouldn’t even be sure since I wasn’t given a proper answer nor any assurance. The Fruit chunks with durian was also made with fruit that wasn’t fresh so it left a weird after taste. Overall, the terrible customer service will be a reason not to return.

The bingsu is pretty good for the area. Good to have a good bingsu place in the area rather than a trip to Strathfield! The Mango purple rice yoghurt is also pretty good. Highly recommend the Matcha Bingsu. The brown sugar flan isnt that great. It is also reasonably priced. Definately worth a visit!

Very interesting and nice desserts with a Vietnamese and Korean flavour. The iced desserts are delicious, my favourite being the matcha flavour. The Vietnamese egg coffee was very cute, with an interesting flavour and very strong coffee! The complementary cold tea was also very refreshing. Wish they would be more environmentally friendly and stop using plastic spoons especially when dining in.
