Iluka on Baywater is a cafe in Wentworth Point where dog access has not yet been confirmed — it's worth checking before you visit.
My partner discovered this lovely little cafe while she was working in the area. So we visited ILUKA this morning for brunch. It was buzzing with activity, we had a short wait for a table (10 -20mins). So we took in the view while we waited. Once we got a table staff were friendly and efficient. Considering it was extremely busy we got our drinks within 5mins after ordering and our food not long afterwards. The coffee was great and the food was delicious and well prepared and cooked perfectly. I highly recommend if you’re in the area to seek out this lovely little cafe It’s worth the wait.
Extensive food menu with both light brunch/lunch options and more substantial hearty meals. I would highly recommend the hand-made lamb pie and bush tomato toast. I really enjoyed the mango smoothie as well. Service was friendly and ambience is nice, as the cafe is near the water.
Went here for brunch today and had a decent overall experience. The staff were friendly, and the interior was beautiful—especially with the waterfront view. The food was good; I had the smashed avocado which tasted fresh and clean, though the portion could have been a bit larger. Coffee was decent. Overall, I’d come back here for brunch again if I’m around Wentworth Point.
Booking is a must if you want to try this place on a weekend. Beautiful view to go on a sunny day. The food was nice and drinks were good too. I thought the Frappe was a bit overpriced but regardless tasted good.
Stopped by Iluka Café in Rhodes and enjoyed the food and coffee, both were very good. Service was fine, though not especially warm, and I did wonder why so many empty tables had “reserved” signs on them. The location by the water is lovely, and with a bit more welcoming service it could be an excellent spot.
We check council regulations, official sources, and community reviews to verify dog access at every venue. Access may change — always check on-site signage. Something wrong or missing? Submit feedback. How it works.
