Although there are a few bad reviews on here and the owners can definitely learn from these and improve on their food and service (if true at all) when I first saw this facade of this cafe, I thought, I think I might give it a miss - it just looked like a canteen and making anything other than a toasted sandwich would be an effort. I only wanted a good old fashioned Iced Coffee and thought, what the hell, let's try this place. I received the Iced Coffee, exactly as I had asked and when I took a sip..........It was perfect. Exactly a good old fashioned iced coffee with the right amount of milk, coffee, ice cream (yes other cafe's, an iced coffee has ice cream in it if you were old enough to know what iced coffee is) and vanilla syrup. I did not opt for cream as I think that is a little indulgent. If you can get an iced coffee exactly how I want it, then you are in my good books and I will be returning, maybe to try something to eat as well. Well done team, keep up the great service and drink.

The reason I keep coming back here, even though seating is in the middle of a busy thoroughfare in a popular supercentre and rather noisy, is that their food is so delicious AND fresh. Not only that, but the fillings in the wraps, sandwiches and burgers are so generous! And another plus, the counter and food presentation area is clean. You don't come to a café like this for the atmosphere, but for the convenience. And to keep coming back again and again, and not go to another further along the arcade, is because the food is so good. Coffee is on the bitter side, but strong which is good. And they bring your food out to your table, always with a smile. Sometimes the people taking your order can be less than friendly but it really doesn't matter. Excellent food without much of a wait. 5-stars just for the food. And if you get a smile thrown in, well that's simply a bonus.

At first, one star is way too high for this place. First time ordering and very disappointed. The owner was extremely rude, which made the whole experience unpleasant. I ordered a falafel roll and a lamb roll — both had no taste and didn’t seem fresh at all. Definitely not coming back.

There are several things that I like. The wrap is hot. It’s juicy. They brought together enough surviettes to use. They brought it to the table and you don’t have to stand and wait. They’ve half or petite size to order from. They initiate the greetings before you say anything. 👍🏻

Yum! Bought a bacon and egg roll and it was loaded! Definitely worth trying one of these. My wife bought a beef kebab and loved that too. Lovely service, very friendly.
