Found this place with my partner while house hunting and it immediately became a regular haunt for us. The coffee and food is amazing and has good vegan and vegetarian options alongside meat options, so caters to all diets really well. Amy (the chef) and Nolene know their customers well and take care of them, accommodating challenging dietary needs and creating delicious food at the same time. Also very dog friendly! The lamington pancakes were an Australia day special but hit the spot perfectly

Almost 15 bucks for a very average beef mince pie with sauce and comes with a broken fork. Not coming back again. In response to the management claims that they had tried to "Speak to me" but I was not "open to conversations" - actually that is not at all true. My wife was the one that made an open complaint about pricing of a pie at your store, along with other things which she was dissatisfied with. Given it was late in the day and that staff wanted to clean and close up, no one gave a bat to come and talk to me at all about this. In regards to your pie - yes, the taste was average at best and was a minced beef pie. We were quite shocked at the price despite being locally made. Other gourmet pies that are much better quality from places like Bourke Street Bakery only charge half the price, with chunky beef and red wine sauces being $8.50 - which are also all made local to their stores. Not sure why your response has made this like "it's the customer's fault" here when the objective feedback had been that you have been overcharging for the pie item in comparison to most other places, while understandably you were closing up at the end of the shift and we were given very little to no service and take away containers with broken cutlery. To sum up: 1) Consider being a bit more competitive on the price of your pie - It is seriously a shock to most people and doesn't come with any accompany salads and the sauce was extra on top. You are literally charging twice as much as local bakeries that make their own pies too. 2) Consider putting some actual pricing in your glass fridge sections to show how much these items cost. The pies do NOT appear on your menu and neither is it stated in the name tags within the glass fridge. Australian consumer laws state that you need to stipulate pricing for all your goods and services you offer - so add it to your menu if it is a permanent item, or at least stick the pricing of the non-menu items next to them. If you do not do this, then it is classified as deceptive marketing.

I had such a wonderful experience at Green Café! The food was absolutely amazing — fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. The ambience is warm and calming, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. A special mention to the lovely ladies who run the café. They are incredibly kind, considerate, and made us feel so welcomed. Their hospitality truly made the visit feel homely and personal. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and genuinely caring service. Will definitely be coming back! 💚

Food looked and was delicious. We had coffee, matcha latte and iced matcha latte, pancakes and the Greek Yeeros special wrap and plate. Pancake was fluffy and light. Lamb and chicken cooked perfectly and went really well with the accompaniments. Loved the twist on such a classic. Wish it was on the menu so we could order it again. Staff are beyond welcoming so friendly and polite, always go the extra mile and giving it more of a family vibe.
