Rosedale Reserve is a dog-friendly park in Croydon Park.

Dog rules

Canterbury-Bankstown City Council's "Pet-friendly parks and reserves" page states: "please remember to keep your dog on a leash unless the reserve is classified as a 'dog off-leash area'." The council's "Animals and pets" page summarises this as: "Keeping your dog on a leash, unless in a designated off-leash area." This venue is not on Canterbury-Bankstown's published off-leash list, so the council's general on-leash rule applies under the NSW Companion Animals Act 1998. Nice place to bring your dog. Quiet and well kept grounds.

Really nice, quiet place in the inner west. Brought my dog, (only had him 72 hours), and we had a great walk. Everyone picked up after their pets, which is essential. Dont be THAT person!!! We parked near the "off leash area", but there wasn't much to it, and none of it was fenced in, so I wasn't going to risk it. Really nice quiet place overall, I will definitely be returning.

Refurbished kids equipment - a bit small, but kids liked it. No shade protection. Amenities were closed.

Good to visit and kick or throw ball around with the kids. Always some space available. Also has kids playground. Water bubbler and bins too.

Love Rosedale Reserve! The local Mudcrabs community group has done a magnificent job replanting natives, weeding, lobbying council for better facilities and more. We'll worth a visit.
