Beautiful park with a lovely water view. We stopped here for a picnic and our dog had a swim. Many picnic tables and bbq available. Just a nice spot for a chilled afternoon . Dog must be on leash

A beautiful and peaceful place to have a quick stop by to enjoy the scene while having lunch. This reserve has an electric bbq facility and benches under the shady trees. Bins are also located in the grounds and parking is also free.

Great spot on the Lakes edge. We were chuffed to see a large Bevy of Black Swans sunning themselves and just chillin by the shore.

Went for sunset and to have some late afternoon fish n chips, the park was reasonably clean, bins were mostly full and it was mid week, great spot for the view across the lake but there is road noise so if your after a quiet park this one isnt it.

Such a beautiful spot to stop for lunch. But there is no longer a fish and chip shop across the road, so you'll need to BYO a picnic. Great place to feed seagulls and pelicans and ducks. Shame the bathrooms aren't closer to the car park but otherwise a great rest stop.
