Bankstown RSL Club is a pub in Bankstown. We don't yet have enough signals to confirm whether dogs are allowed. It's best to check with the venue before visiting with your dog. Just 350m away, Bankstown City Gardens is a great nearby park for a walk with your dog.

To the personality free individual working in reception at 12.00 on Sunday 8 March , Why would you choose to work front of house hospitality when you have no skill in that area. Your refusal to make eye contact as you grab a licence and pass back a day entry pass with no guest engagement whilst conversing jovially with the pretty girl arriving behind front desk does not leave a good first impression of the establishment . Perhaps the cellar or the carpark would suit your level of communication skill.

This was our first visit to the club. On arrival, the venue looked lovely and the staff were very welcoming. However, we arrived at the buffet around 30 minutes after opening and it was empty. We realized refills would be on their way, unfortunately when the food did appear it was cold — not lukewarm, but cold. Every dish we tried was the same. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience at all.

Would give 0 if possible, for starters i walk in with my two children and im giving them my id when one of the security guards walks up to my 14 year old daughter and aggressively tries to get her id! next off for the price your paying why are we getting flimsy paper cups with not even a straw, there’s one bathroom for how many people they’re letting in! the food is disgraceful for the price the staff are obviously incompetent and lack basic customer service skills. i don’t recommend this place at all, kids running around picking up food and then putting it back, staff not caring, what are we paying them for them! worst restaurant experience of my life DO NOT COME HERE!

I liked visiting Bankstown RSL more than I was expecting. It was my first time there. The venue was bigger than I thought it would be and has multiple restaurants and a cafe. Both the interior and exterior are very modern and clean. All staff I interacted with were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

We went to the Star Buffet on a Saturday for lunch. The selection of foods and beverages were great. Kids loved the ice cream station. Loved the experience. They cleaned the table very often. A great experience overall. We visit again soon.
