The service was absolutely top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. We were totally blown away by the surprise flaming drink—it was not only a visual treat but also tasted absolutely divine! The atmosphere was on point too, with some killer RnB tunes setting the perfect vibe. Can’t wait to come back for more fun!

We came here for a girls’ night out after hearing lots of good things and loved it. Even though it wasn’t super busy on the night, it still had a great buzz. The staff were lovely, cocktails were spot on, and the vibe was warm and relaxed. Had a fun night and will definitely be back to try the food - heard the steaks are good

Bar 53 is one of those rare spots that instantly feels like home. It’s got that perfect mix of relaxed neighborhood charm and genuinely fantastic food, drinks, and service. I stopped by the other night and was blown away by how good everything was. I ordered the spaghetti aglio e olio and the honey garlic pizza, and both were absolutely exceptional. The pasta was simple yet full of flavor—beautifully balanced with garlic, olive oil, and just the right kick of chili. The pizza, on the other hand, was a standout—crispy crust, gooey cheese, and that sweet-salty hit from the honey garlic combo that made every bite addictive. The staff were warm and attentive, the atmosphere was lively without being too loud, and it’s clear the team here takes real pride in what they do. If you’re looking for a cozy spot with great food, great drinks, and even better vibes—Bar 53 is it. I’ll definitely be back!

I went with my friends after badminton for dinner and drinks and the venue blew me away! It was my first time ever stepping foot in this establishment and I loved every moment of my time there. The food was exceptional and the mocktails were deliciously crafted. However it was the service that exceeded all expectations. I will definitely be returning and bringing all my friends along to try this place out! This venue is definitely a hidden gem in Canley Vale! P.s the decor from the main area to the bathroom are so unique and fun!

I went with my bestie to 53 as we were craving steak and pasta and this dinner definitely hit the spot for us! From placing the order to when I took these pictures, the food took 17 minutes so that was pretty quick! The steak was cooked to the requested medium rare and the vegetables were not too crunchy and not undercooked soft. The pasta was seasoned just right and it had the right amount of sauce to a pasta ratio. We came on a Thursday which was good because they had the Sydney Rock oyster special for $2. The oysters were creamy and it balanced out with the vinaigrette. Presentation of the food looked good. The staff were very friendly and approachable and the venue itself was decorated with much thought and it definitely felt comforting and homely with its “no place like home” theme. Definitely would recommend going if you’re looking to have a good night out.
