Visited Diem Hen Cafe late on a Saturday night. The restaurant was packed with diners as it was the only Vietnamese restaurant open after 10pm. Was kindly seated in their VIP room as no tables were available. Ordered the special beef pho and it came out in 10mins. Generous serving size and good flavours. Will come back again to try other dishes on their menu.

Last time it was okay but this time it doesn’t look like special fried rice, I am pretty disappointed with this 20$ fried rice, please do it carefully next time for anyone!!!

I’ve never tried beef this good before. The beef here made my taste buds explode with flavor.

This bowl of dry Hủ Tiếu is top-tier and absolutely gorgeous! The noodles are perfectly cooked and translucent, creating a wonderful base for the abundant, high-quality toppings—including savory ground pork, liver, and shrimp. The fresh chives and crispy fried shallots add excellent flavor and color. This is a rich, well-balanced, and profoundly delicious meal that deserves a flawless five stars!

Seafood rice noodles soup: The amount of the seafood is very small, the rice noodles are nice. The soup is very delicious!!! The best Vietnamese noodles soup I’ve ever had! Score: 7/10 Cắm Bộ lúc lắc: The beef is tender and tasty, the rice is okay. The soup is kinda crap. Score: 7/10 It’s great and convenient that this restaurant opens till midnight!
