We regularly come to Windsor Castle for the food, which we find is tasty, reasonably priced and well presented. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. We always book in the function room and this request is usually fulfilled, however 2 out of the last 3 week, we have been placed in the other room near the toilets even though the reservation card is marked FR for function room. Closer inspection of tables in the function room show no such marking, so it appears to be careless allocation of tables. Please ensure that requests are met.

Accom review N/A we went for a birthday dinner. Husband and I both had schnitzels because the menu has changed quite a bit since the last time and couldnt really find something that was just ‘pub food’. Away from burgers and pizzas it was expensive and gourmet. Schnitzel with pepper sauce was lovely but the salad…was mixed lettuce and cherry tomatoes. That’s it. No onion. No carrot. No cucumber. Glad we had a voucher to use

I’ve been coming to the Windsor Castle for a few months now, and every time we’re in and the young male manager, Denzel, is working, he is always so lovely. He goes out of his way to look after customers, walking around, checking in, and making sure everyone is happy and enjoying themselves. It’s hard to find good staff these days, so seeing such a young manager leading by example is really great to see. Credit to the Windsor Castle for having someone like him on the team. The food was unreal as always!

We celebrated my mums 89th birthday on Saturday in a large family group This is not our first family celebration at the Windsor and won’t be our last The wait staff were fantastic, meals were great, well priced. Bar staff were amazing. We always choose the Windsor Castle because of location, ease of access for elderly people from car park to all the facilities. Great friendly environment Thank you soo much
