Loved the Food, Well done Everyone. This counts to your Google reviews, Everyone gets a +1 On their Google review count. Honestly First time having something something that wasn't a Parmi or a burger. Loved the Signature Fried Chicken strips. Dad and My Sisters loved their Striploin, Bacon Cheesy and Scotch. Service was amazing, atmosphere the best as always. You gotta love TGIF. Thank god it's friiiiday.

Been here a fair few times have it was lacking in the table service department, but tonight was an exceptionally great experience. Our lovely and engaging waitresses Madi and Klara we so great to talk to and have a laugh with and were there to take our orders for food and drinks at just the right time, not too soon that we felt rushed and not too long that we had to awkwardly wave over a staff member. Tonight’s food was fantastic as always but the service is what I want to see more of, it really felt like I was talking to a person and not a robot, keep it up as this is the perfect turn in the right direction.

We used to dine regularly here because the staff were always so friendly and engaging but after recent experiences we will not be returning. Came in on Saturday night and were met by a very disgruntled employee, which after further viewing that seemed to be the new normal. The staff seemed miserable and we were treated as a burden from the minute we sat. Our orders were finally taken after waiting 20 minutes, we could tell there would be a wait on drinks as the bartender was very busy compared to the other staff visibly avoiding eye contact with the customers. But once our drinks ready they were just sitting on the bar melting as staff proceeded to ignore bartender. I ordered the steak and my partner very cleverly ordered tenders, as if he anticipated needing a safe option. My rare steak arrived closer to well done, was dry and chewy. No one came to check on us or even ask if we wanted more drinks so we decided to get up and pay, silly us expected them to ask before we paid (we still had every intention to pay full price as we still ate) but of course, we were wrong again. The young lady at the register did not even acknowledge us and after paying she hurried away before we could say anything. This venue used to be our favourite spot to eat but we have both since deleted our rewards apps and will not be coming back. I don’t know what has changed in the last few months but it sure is affecting the staff, service, and food quality. Very disheartening.

Always amazing! My partner and I come here often, and we are always so grateful for the staff here. Maddie, Karla and Azure are bloody naturals in the industry! They are always inviting, fun, efficient and genuinely take care to remember things about us and make us feel special. Shout out to kitchen too! They always deliver, food is banging and we are always so pleasantly surprised by how quickly they cook it up. Southern fried chicken tenders are unmatched!!!!!! Thank you to everyone, it’s our favourite place for local date nights or little celebrations, and I’m sure we’ll see you all again soon!
