Went to get a drink from the bar and no one was there. Ordered drinks from the app no one was there. Waited for 45 mins till someone got there and got told they can’t get me a drink because there was no ticket even though I had a receipt for it. Got a refund and got out of there. Stay clear of this place unless you like waiting a ridiculous amount of time for a standard drink.
Literally all they have to do is serve drinks and they make money. But in 2024 making a cocktail, serving a beer, providing some reasonable service is very hard. 2/10
Some how the owners of the business had the ultimate idea that you can't drink whisky neat you have to water it down with ice or a mixer. Poor RSA policy.
Went there for a drink before dinner on Valentines Day. Poor bloke at the bar had no idea how to make cocktails and to be fair, not his fault. He learnt on the go, out of a laminated sheet behind the bar. Waited almost 10 minutes for 2 cocktails and there was no one else waiting for drinks. Not only that, the spirits are watered down. Absolute disgrace to be charging $18 per cocktail when its 1/5 of the alcohol advertised. Luckily we had 2 coronas after that which they can't water down!
Lovely atmosphere and friendly staff. We appreciate the lovely suggestions for the bar menu. Thankyou for your kind service. However please kindly remove food menu off the table scan code if you don't serve food. We were told that once we order our food it would be bought up to us but no food was delivered. It's confusing multiple customers. Thanks
