Villawood Hotel

I stayed at Villawood Hotel recently and was genuinely impressed. The rooms were clean, well-kept, and surprisingly quiet considering it’s above a lively pub. The essentials were all there—comfy bed, air-con, bar fridge, and a decent shower. Great value for money. What really made the stay was the service. Vin, the floor manager, went out of his way to make sure I was settled in and comfortable. Friendly, attentive, and clearly takes pride in the place—he was the kind of person who made you feel looked after without being overbearing. The sports bar was a bonus—good atmosphere, decent food and drinks, and the TAB setup is great if you're into racing or footy. Parking was easy, and I appreciated the free Wi-Fi too. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area. Big thanks to Vin and the team!

Could feel springs in the mattress. Difficult to sleep on. Lady at checkout/checkin very impolite unfortunately. Disappointing

I stay one night in this motel and my God you’ve got to be joking. The place was filthy dirty nothing was cleaned. Cockroaches running across the floor dead and a live cockroaches in the Bathroom and shower peeling paint on ceilings mould coming through the main room the bed was a king size bed and roommate the bed should be put into the tip. I’ve never stayed in something so old and collapsed on every part of the bed. Talk to the staff several times with little to no response didn’t offer a refund would not recommend this to anyone cheap and extremely nasty including the staff that don’t want to know you
